Our platform spans three growing businesses: CPG (mindbodygreen supplements), online education, and media. We believe wellness is deeply personal, and that our communications should reflect that.

We’re looking for a sharp, creative, data-driven Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own and evolve our email and SMS strategy across all three business lines. This person will help us craft thoughtful customer journeys, high-converting campaigns, and personalized experiences that educate, inspire, and drive action.

You’ll be part strategist, part copywriter, part operator — with a deep understanding of lifecycle marketing, the customer mindset, and how to turn insights into impact. Your focus may shift across teams depending on the needs of the business, but your ability to adapt, think critically, and write with heart will stay constant.

 


 

What You’ll Do

 

  • Build and optimize email and SMS journeys that move people — whether they’re discovering a supplement, considering a course, or engaging with our content

  • Own campaign creation from brief to send: writing compelling copy, partnering with design, segmenting audiences, and measuring what works

  • Collaborate with our creative and data teams to refine messaging, target key moments in the funnel, and drive engagement across all three businesses

  • Develop and execute A/B testing strategies to improve open rates, clicks, and conversions

  • Turn performance data into insights, using learnings to guide content, cadence, and strategy

  • Balance short-term wins with long-term customer value, ensuring everything we send feels intentional and aligned with our brand

  • Stay close to what our community is asking, searching, and sharing — and use that to build better lifecycle experiences

  • Flex across CPG, education, and media as business priorities evolve

 


 

Qualifications for Success

 

  • Self-starter who’s focused on driving results

  • 3–4 years of lifecycle marketing experience, ideally in considered purchase cycles (bonus: wellness or education)

  • Experience with Klaviyo required; Hubspot a plus

  • Naturally strong writer with a gift for customer-first copy and storytelling

  • Confident working with data to inform and improve your approach

  • Strong organizational and project management skills

  • Comfortable shifting focus and owning new workstreams as business needs evolve
