We are currently in search of a Senior Account Manager, Client Services & Development to join our team to continue driving growth and success with industry-leading brands by leveraging our expanding and powerful platform. Partnerships would include working with brands and agencies on immersive, 360 degree content programs across written, video, interactive content, influencer & social campaigns, live & virtual events, podcast and more. You will join a motivated team as a player coach, responsible for managing the success of digital ad campaigns and building strong relationships; including developing strategic media plans, gathering creative assets, and monitoring campaign delivery & performance.
Role/Responsibilities:

Directly manage the post sales process for clients that are of strategic importance to the business.

Build and maintain post sales processes at the company for better organization and campaign sell-through rate/renewals.

Own and manage the media plan creation process from start to finish for select accounts.

Work alongside sales and branded strategy teams in ensuring that all potential pitches and proposals have been properly vetted with strategic stakeholders across all items including but not limited to: hard costs, talent names, production feasibility and timelines.

Communicate and collaborate with the sales, creative, brand strategy, branded content, AdOps and production to ensure that strategic clients’ needs are met.

Compile reports on account delivery, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in account and project management in a media role

Experience with media plans

The ability to build rapport with clients

The ability to handle multiple client accounts

Strong negotiation and leadership skills
