We are currently in search of a Business Development Associate to join our sales team to help drive the growth of our affiliate business. You will work closely with brands and agencies to develop partnerships and negotiate rates. And, you will own analysis and reporting to ensure teams are focusing on the right optimizations and opportunities to achieve revenue targets.



  • Support the Chief Sales Officer in achieving the revenue and growth targets
  • Run analytics to understand campaign pacing and necessary optimizations to achieve revenue targets
  • Analyze and prioritize content optimizations with editorial to ensure we are achieving growth targets
  • Use data and market research to determine high-value client opportunities
  • Own all client communication including rate negotiations, upsells and renewals
  • Work closely with Direct Sales team to identify opportunities outside of affiliate
  • Project manage and coordinate with internal teams all necessary elements to scale revenue growth and launch campaigns
  • Work with internal teams on billing reconciliation


  • 3+ years of work experience, preferably with a digital affiliate business
  • Strong desire to win and optimize revenue performance
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical background, fluent in excel. Experience with Trackonomics, Looker and / or Google Analytics a plus.
  • Highly entrepreneurial and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to thrive under minimal guidance
