Role Overview
We’re seeking a Creative Strategist who thrives at the intersection of storytelling and performance. You’ll concept, script, and optimize ads and influencer-driven campaigns that convert - bringing both creativity and data-backed precision to every launch.
You bring a wealth of experience creating high performing ads that drive measurable results - particularly on Meta platforms. You understand platform nuances, audience segmentation, and what thrives online.
This role is ideal for a creative who’s just as comfortable writing briefs, reviewing performance data, and iterating based on results as they are ideating breakthrough campaign concepts, writing copy, or editing video.

Key Responsibilities

Lead creative strategy for paid ecommerce campaigns — particularly across Instagram and Facebook.

Concept, script, and brief ads (static, motion, UGC, influencer-led) that drive engagement and conversion.

Partner with designers, video editors, and other creatives to bring concepts to life.

Collaborate with influencers to co-create content that feels native to the platform and authentic to the brand.

Analyze performance data to identify insights and inform new creative iterations.

Develop creative briefs and testing frameworks to ensure campaigns are optimized for performance and learning.

Stay on top of platform trends and wellness culture conversation to inspire fresh creative angles.

Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and creative remains on-brand and effective.

Collaborate cross-functionally with paid media, ecommerce, and product marketing teams to align creative with business goals.
Required Qualifications & Skills

4–7+ years of experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, or brand marketing within ecommerce, DTC, or wellness.

Proven experience creating ad campaigns for Instagram

Strong portfolio of ad creative that demonstrates the ability to blend storytelling, strategy, and conversion thinking.

Experience working with influencers/creators — from briefing and content collaboration to post-campaign evaluation.

A strong interest in health and wellness; experience with the supplements category is a major plus.

Analytical and creative balance — ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable creative direction.

Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in or with a supplements or wellness brand.

Familiarity with Motion (creative analytics) and Notion (project/workflow management).

Experience testing and iterating creative assets across ad formats.

Copywriting or scriptwriting ability for short-form video and paid social ads.
